Wellness on the Plaza

Wellness on the Plaza classes are free and open to all and are led by certified, local instructors. From weekly vinyasa yoga to kickboxing, hip-hop step, Pilates and more, there's a class for everyone on Cascade Plaza this summer.

You asked, and we’ve delivered: Zumba will be a weekly occurrence on Cascade Plaza this year. A certified Zumba instructor will lead this uber-fun class that switches out high- and low-intensity dance moves that are sure to get your heart pumping and increase your endurance.
