Wellness on the Plaza

Wellness on the Plaza classes are free and open to all and are led by certified, local instructors. From weekly vinyasa yoga to kickboxing, hip-hop step, Pilates and more, there's a class for everyone on Cascade Plaza this summer.

Get your body moving and have fun at the same time with these weekly line dancing classes led by Carmen Payne of <a href="https://www.instagram.com/justusldc/" title="https://www.instagram.com/justusldc/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">JustUs Line Dance Crew</a>. If you’re not much of a dancer, don’t worry—you’ll be able to follow along with Carmen easily and learn the steps as you go.Refreshments* will be available for purchase at The Shed during and after this class.Join us for 1 hour classes on Wednesdays from 5:30 - 6:30 pm, and Sundays from 3:00 - 4:00 pm (classes on 6/16 and 7/28 will run 2:00 - 4:00 pm).Try out the 10,000-step challenge on June 16!<a href="https://www.downtownakron.com/getting-around/getting-around-map" title="https://www.downtownakron.com/getting-around/getting-around-map" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Click here for our parking map</a>.All participants must agree to the Liability Waiver.
