At these special events we bring people together to try new fitness classes and make new friends. Each fitness class offers something extra special at each event. The moves are choreographed to motivating music, making for an invigorating and inspiring workout experience.</p><p>This fitness and happy hour event is the perfect way to kick off your weekend. You&#x27;ll start with a low impact, full-body workout that will challenge your muscles and leave you feeling strong and energized. Their expert instructors will guide you through each move, ensuring proper form and technique to maximize your results.</p><p>After the workout, it&#x27;s time to unwind and socialize! Former professional dancer and fitness expert Shannon Higgins founded studio barre in 2012. Their mission is to give every client a results-oriented, full-body sculpting workout that is fun, effective and sassy. Walk into any Studio Barre for a community-loving barre class and walk out stronger, leaner and more confident.</p><h2>Here are the details:</h2><p><strong>What: </strong>aSweatLife Sweatworking Event at Studio Barre Alexandria</p><p><strong>When: </strong>Friday, June 23 at 6:00 PM</p><p><strong>Where:</strong> Studio Barre - 610 N Fayette St, Alexandria, VA, 22314</p><p><strong>Parking: </strong>There is street parking on Fayette, directly in front of the studio, and on the surrounding streets. Braddock metro is the nearest Metro Stop</p><p><strong>What to bring: </strong>Leave your traditional ballet babe leotards and tutus at home! To gain the most from your barre class, you must wear grippy socks (available for purchase in their boutique) accompanied by leggings, a comfortable top that covers your midriff, bottle of water, and invite a friend to join you!</p>
