Join us for our first Wellness for Creatives event!

<h3>For the casual creatives (anyone interested in arts and creativity) — everyone is welcome. Meet others in our NYC community!</h3><h3>What to expect:</h3><h3>This is an immersive, deep listening experience. During the sound bath meditation, you will be soothed within the sounds of singing and crystal bowls. The vibrations produced by these instruments create a mental soundscape that brings the body into a deep state of relaxation and self-healing.</h3><ul><li><strong>This is 1 hour long: </strong>10 min to settle in, about 30 mins of meditation and sound bath experience, remainder of the time to socialize and enjoy complimentary tea. </li></ul><ul><li><strong>Please arrive on time — Doors will close promptly at 6:40. B﻿ring your own mat, blanket, pillow - anything you need to relax! (limited equipment for those in need)</strong></li></ul><p>This event is located in our private urban retreat loft hidden in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood. It’s a space designed to inspire your physical, emotional, and spiritual creativity. Wherever you are on your path to wellness, we support your journey of growth and offer many tools to empower you to be a change-maker in your own life.</p><p><em><strong>I﻿f you for some reason cannot make this event, please let us know in advance so we can open up your spot to someone else:)</strong></em></p>
