To further promote trade exchanges and cooperation between Shandong Province and overseas, establish a platform for mutual communication between Chinese and American companies, "2019 Shandong-US California SME Cooperation and Exchange Conference" will be held on June 18, 2019, from 17:00 to 20:00 in Newark, California. The conference sponsored
by Bay Area Council, Shandong Provincial Department of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Silicon Valley China Innovation & Development Center, Shandong Promotion Center for Small & Medium Enterprises and Netease News U.S. China-US have now achieved frequent high-level exchanges in recent years. The United States is currently China's second largest trading partner and China is the United States' third largest trading partner. The convening of the exchange will create a better opportunity for the United States to understand the current situation in Shandong, and provide new cooperation opportunities to promote partnership and connectivity between Shandong and California. The conference will invite leaders of the Chinese Consulate in San Francisco, officials from the California government department and chambers of commerce, representatives of Chinese-funded enterprises, and representatives from about 30 countries including machinery and electronics, medical processing, food and agricultural products processing, textiles and clothing.
