Enter boogie wonderland in Stables courtyard with @wildyoganorfolk leading an open air Yoga Flow alongside the funkiest soundtrack. After the class, we can turn up the heat with a Sauna &amp; Ice Bath provided by the brilliant @saunabox coupled with some delicious Stables Mocktails (alcoholic additions available on request). A﻿n evening to bring a little disco fever into your life. A little bit about us is below... Emilie has been teaching yoga in North Norfolk for over 5 years. She is passionate about making yoga accessible and fun. Over the pandemic, Emilie took her classes wild and open air to some amazing secret locations across North Norfolk. She&#x27;s known for her infamous &#x27;yoga rave&#x27; and &#x27;hip hop yoga&#x27; classes, as well as being a stand up paddle board instructor at Northshore Paddle Boards. Sauna box (aka Tom the Sauna King) was started to share our love of hot and cold therapy with others. There is nothing more invigorating than coming out of a hot sauna and throwing yourself in some ice cold water. There are so many health benefits associated with these practices; improved circulation, reduced inflammation, improved skin health and improved mental health. We just can&#x27;t get enough of them. We have an experienced team of sauna enthusiasts and cold water swimmers who can help guide you through the fire and ice experience.Please bring a yoga mat if you have one - if you don&#x27;t have a yoga mat, please email events@ffolkes.org.uk to reserve one. Tickets are non refundable if you cancel within 10 days of the event.
