Join us for an engaging conversation as the two cookbook authors dish about their culinary journeys, Asian heritage, and what plant-based means to them, along with cooking demos. The authors will demonstrate recipes from both their bestselling cookbooks - <a href="https://omnivorescookbook.com/chinese-homestyle/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Chinese Homestyle</a> and <a href="https://www.thevegetarianreset.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Vegetarian Reset</a>. Most importantly, an array of bites cooked by the authors themselves will be served - along with drinks! W﻿hat&#x27;s on the menu? Maggie will be making her Sichuan Spicy Peanuts, Sesame Noodles and Vegetable Spring Rolls. Vasudha will be making bite-sized Avocado Toast on her Vegan Zucchini Bread, Cucumber Papdi Chaat, and Hazelnut Brownies!
