<h3>There are twenty four short hours in a day.  How many of those 1,440 minutes do you take for yourself to pause?  Reset?</h3><p>WARRIORS IN THE WILD'S mission is to give the everyday warrior  an opportunity to relax, connect, and energize through the integration of mindfulness, yoga, and nature.  </p><p>Too many everyday warriors forget to take a moment to recharge.  </p><h3>WARRIORS IN THE WILD  is here to help you take a breath.  To be your best self, so you can give to others.  </h3><p>Sher &amp; Kim are certified yoga teachers (RYT-200), and public school educators, who create unique monthly hiking yoga events and retreats.  Wild Yoga Hikes center on a theme and include:</p><ul><li>An all level, hiking yoga practice  (for yogis and non-yogis alike)   </li><li>A simple craft  </li><li>Tea and light snacks</li></ul><h3>Don’t be last on your list.  Your mind, body, and spirit need a few minutes.</h3><p>Join the tribe.  Earn a talisman for your warrior walking stick!   New warriors earn their stick. </p><p></p>
