Chef duo Aurora and Jordan Coffey will be featured at our September Supper Club. Aurora and Jordan meet while working at Augie’s Front Burner in the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield some 18 years ago. They built a new restaurant — Luminary — on Hedley Road in Springfield in February of 2021. They specialize in seasonally inspired, approachable American fare.See all these local chefs have to offer with a special meal at Allerton on Saturday, Sept. 17. The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m. (Supper Club members will have access at 6 p.m.), with the dinner served at 7 p.m. on the Library Terrace.
