Hi friend! My name is Saba and I am a certified embodiment and emotional release guide, sound healer, ecstatic dance facilitator, and intuitive ceremony space holder. As a first-generation Iranian - American immigrant, it has become my dharma and soul mission to open the hearts of our community and spread freedom, authentic connection, and love in this world.Over the years, I completely transformed myself through the embodiment practices I now offer, awakened my expression, and rediscovered my true loving self. I now offer unique experiences that not only shift your thinking but make you FEEL ALIVE. FREE, and EMPOWERED, trusting yourself and your own unique path.I am a firm believer that if you don’t have a foundational connection with yourself and keep searching externally for answers, guidance, and transformations that can only be found within, you’ll be searching forever. To spread your wings and fly in freedom and safety?Join Saba and Joel on Friday, May 19th for an unforgettable euphoric journey into the deepest realms of your soul. Using group activities, ecstatic dance, and music you will RISE into your most confidently alive self. The part of you that's in divine flow with the dance of life. We will practice ecstatic dance and intuitive free-flow movement. Expect to drop into your body allowing the music and your intuition to guide you.I﻿f you are nervous about dancing in a public setting, believe that you have no rhythm, and/or feel insecure in your body...This is the perfect event for you and I would love to change your mind. I wholeheartedly believe that if you have a body - you were born to dance. How safe and free you feel and move in your body is a direct reflection of how confidently you move and take action in all other areas of your life. If you are nervous about moving, this is the perfect opportunity to get outside of your comfort zone to experience the power of ecstatic dance. When we take a leap of faith into the uncomfortable areas of our insecurities to explore a deeper mind-body-soul connection - MAGICAL things happen. This is a safe space for you to explore something new and walk away empowered AF. Also, your eyes will be closed for most of the journey and I will be guiding you every step. I am confident that you will be pleasantly surprised and will want to return for a future event. Energy Exchange: $33 via Eventbrite or $33 via Venmo @saba-shojai to secure your spot.
