One of the most frequent questions I am asked as a yoga instructor is &quot;OMG DO YOU DO YOGA WITH GOATS?!?!?&quot;Well apparently, now, the answer is YES! And I promise we will have a goat-ally awesome good time! Register NOW for Goat Yoga Saturday, May 6th at the Frick&#x27;n&#x27;Frack Shack located at Sweet&#x27;s Tack &amp; Consignment Shop on St. John&#x27;s Road in Drums, PA. (Next door to Burger&#x27;s Farm Market.) Local celebrities Frick and Frack and all their pals will join us for an hour-long session of movement, laughter, and photo-ops suitable for folks of all ages and ability levels! Be ready to let the stress melt away with gentle movement and the antics of our furry friends!Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel, and a water bottle to class. Arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and get settled - we will start on time!While you&#x27;re here, be sure to stop next door at the farmer&#x27;s market to support their fundraiser for a local school&#x27;s playground fund, visit the food truck, and get some fresh produce!Class will be held rain or shine, outdoors weather-permitting or under a covered area if it rains. Class is expected to sell out, so register now via this EventBrite page. Prefer to pay with cash? No problem. Class size is limited to provide each participant more socialization with the goats, so register now to secure your spot!Please note, these are farm animals and we will be having class in an agricultural setting. Don&#x27;t bring your brand new expensive mat or feel the need to dress to impress. You&#x27;ll likely get dirty, or even encounter some tinkles or turdlets. Tie up long hair because the possibility of it getting chewed upon is pretty likely. (I am speaking from experience here....RIP left pigtail a couple years back.) Registration is non-refundable. Treat your registration like you would a movie or concert ticket. Participants under the age of 18 must have liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
