Allerton provides the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and reconnect with your body and spirit. All levels are welcome for this donation-based class in Allerton&#x27;s Bowling Lawn. Josie from <a href="http://www.yogaoffthesquare.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Yoga Off the Square</a> will lead students through strengthening poses and breath work designed to invigorate the body and mind while resetting the nervous system to a balanced state. Space is limited and registration is required.Community classes are donation-based to help support the Park and public programs. Make your gift in-person or online <a href="https://allerton.illinois.edu/donate-to-allerton/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a>.We encourage you to bring your own mat. Limited mats will be provided on a first-come basis.Please print and sign the liability form <a href="https://allerton.illinois.edu/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Yoga-Liability-fillable.pdf" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a> and bring it with you to class.
