T﻿his Mental Health Awareness Month, the LA County Office of Violence Prevention is partnering with Department of Parks and Recreation and Department of Arts and Culture to host two healing-centered events for LA County Youth ages 12-17.

T﻿his Mental Health Awareness Month, the LA County Office of Violence Prevention is partnering with Department of Parks and Recreation and Department of Arts and Culture to host two healing-centered events for LA County Youth ages 12-17. Youth will participate in self-expression workshops led by local artists that use a holistic approach to promote healing and social connection. We are excited to welcome the following local artists:T﻿hursday May 25th (Mona Park in Compton)<ul><li><a href="http://justiceformysister.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Justice for My Sister</a></li><li><a href="https://www.lacommons.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">L﻿A Commons</a></li></ul>Youth ages 12-17 are invited us to join us on Thursday May 25th at Mona Park in Compton. Snacks and self-care goodies will be provided!We can't wait to see you!
