The Greenway is the contemporary public park in the heart of Boston. The Greenway welcomes millions of visitors annually to gather, play, unwind, and explore.The Greenway Conservancy is the non-profit responsible for the management and care of The Greenway. The majority of the public park’s annual budget is generously provided by private sources.

Join <a href="http://www.publicdisplaysofmotion.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Public Displays of Motion</a> at Carolyn Lynch Garden on The Greenway for their new piece Passeggiata: A Stroll With Sinners and Saints as they express the story and their connection to this location through movement and dance.<ul><li>NEW DATE: Sunday, September 17</li><li>Morning Performance: 11a-11:30a</li><li>Afternoon Performance: 3p-3:30p</li><li>Location: Carolyn Lynch Garden</li></ul>The <a href="https://www.rosekennedygreenway.org/art-exhibit/momentum-greenway-dance-program" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Momentum Dance Series, presented by Amazon</a>, is a site-responsive dance series presented in collaboration with choreographer Peter DiMuro and four local dance companies: <a href="https://continuumdance.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Continuum Dance Project</a>, <a href="https://jeanappolonexpressions.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jean Appolon Expressions</a>, <a href="http://www.publicdisplaysofmotion.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Public Displays of Motion</a>, and <a href="https://www.chavibansal.org/vimoksha" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Vimoksha Dance Company</a>. Throughout September, each Saturday features one dance company performing twice per day at their selected locations along The Greenway. This series culminates in the Momentum Dance Festival on October 7. All events are free and open to the public.<a href="http://www.publicdisplaysofmotion.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Public Displays of Motion</a> has woven a metaphoric response to Italian North End heritage, conjuring up some myths- old and newly created- about our ancestors, celebrating the saints and sinners of our lineage.
