An hour-long program for women to attune to their desires, create systems of support, and move confidently in the world – without apology!

Do you feel like you’re drowning in to-do lists that address everyone’s needs except yours? Do you desire to be seen by your loved ones and known more deeply? Are you ready to release shame about your body and feel sexy again? Do you desire community support that embraces you exactly as you are? Are you ready to make peace with your inner critic and be more gentle with yourself? Unapologetic Confidence is a program for women* who are ready to connect with themselves, embrace their needs and desires, create systems of support, and move confidently in the world – without apology!This hour-long workshop is designed by relationship coaches: Erica Daniel, of <a href="https://www.intimacycoachingwitherica.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Intimacy Coaching with Erica</a>, and Sky Studley, of <a href="https://www.openskyspace.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Open Sky Space</a>.We’ve found that women often struggle with<ul><li>Body confidence: Looking in the mirror and feeling attractive</li><li>Social confidence: Speaking their minds and navigating social situations within their family, culture, and religious settings</li><li>Pleasure confidence: Flirting and sexual initiation </li></ul>We’ve designed this workshop to provide you with tools to <ul><li>Attune with yourself and identify your cheerleaders</li><li>Find your boundaries and the courage to express them </li><li>Meet your inner critic with compassion and other self-care practices </li></ul>You’ll walk away feeling more confident and connected with yourself, ready to speak the truth about your needs and boundaries, and able to support yourself when it feels hard. *Trans, cis, non-binary or genderqueer people are all welcome.
