With soulful sounds, elements of dance, intentional sequencing and alignment tools to help you tune up your yoga practice.Doors: 6:15 PMClass: 6:30-7:30 PM FridaysSlow Flow Yoga: This unique class combines elements of Yin Vinyasa and Restorative poses to create an experience that will help you release tension, increase flexibility, and create ease in your body.Doors: 7:45 PMClass: 8:00-9:15 PM Beginners are welcome.Mats and props are provided.
