Where is the 2023 iKamper CAMPOUT?

iKamper’s CAMPOUT festival is returning to Songdog Ranch in Maricopa, California. 680 Ballinger Canyon Rd Maricopa, CA 93252

Do I have to own an iKamper to attend?

Accepted Answer

This festival is a celebration of the iKamper community. We request that attendees own an iKamper or be a guest of an iKamper owner. If you are arriving in separate vehicles, please use the buddy system and check in together.

How big is a campsite reservation?

Accepted Answer

Each CAMPOUT Vehicle Admission ticket secures your reservation for one campsite. Room for one vehicle + one ground tent OR your iKamper Annex / Awning.

How does the festival work? Tell me about the check-in protocol.

The entrance to Songdog ranch will be well marked with signs directing you to check in for CAMPOUT. When you arrive, the iKamper Team will greet you and show you the way to your campsite for the weekend! We're all here to have a great time together so don’t be shy. Are dogs allowed at CAMPOUT? / Can I bring my dog?

It wouldn’t be a celebration of the iKamper community without our trusty sidekicks! Dogs are welcome at CAMPOUT but must remain on leash when outside your campsite. Are meals included with admission? Should I bring my own food/provisions?

Accepted Answer

This year there will be two Community Meals – Breakfast on Saturday Morning and Dinner on Saturday Evening. Be sure to pack food and provisions for the rest of the weekend. There will be water stations for all attendees to help themselves, but we encourage everyone to plan for dispersed camping.

What amenities will be at Songdog Ranch? Will there be restrooms, potable water, cell service, etc

Accepted Answer

There will be cell service, as well as public restrooms and running water. There are no showers or wifi at Songdog Ranch.

Question 9

What will the weather be like? Should I plan for severe/inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

Weather is more unpredictable these days, so we encourage you to come prepared for anything. That being said, we expect to see temperatures somewhere close to 75 and sunny during the days, and 45 and chilly during the evenings. Pack sunscreen for day and a jacket for the evening!

I tow a trailer with my iKamper on it, can I bring that?

Yes . There is a charge of $35 for vehicles towing a trailer to CAMPOUT.  Select your entry fees and add the trailer in the "Add-Ons" section before you checkout.
