This event is being organized by the European Commision Representation in Malta, and will debut in May 2023 as part of the European Year of Skills, and aims to  bring together educators with expert trainers, thought leaders and industry players both large and small to learn, share and network on the future of education in Europe.This event will be structured as a professional development program for educators, and is eligible for attendance via Erasmus+ Mobility funding for educators in accredited institutions.Thematic Area 2023: Games and AI in Education

Let's make a game. An interactive coding lesson with Awi and Aoz Studio.

.awi is a personal assistant with the simplest interface possible: a dot. Anyone who can read and write can use it. This workshop by the author of the two products himself will focus on the integration of revolutionary technologies like .awi into creation tools such as Aoz Studio, Python, Scratch, and also in other domains than coding, history, geography, English...,You will have a constructive conversation with Awi, you will learn as you progress with a simple questions/answers process, you will build as you go and hopefully have a lot of fun. At the end the conversation, you will compile the conversation into an actual game and play it.NOTE: This workshop will be of particular interest to educators with a practical IT background and game developers.
