They could have met as toddlers in Western New York; instead, they fell in love as teenagers in Western Illinois. Since then, they've roamed and rambled to Florida, New Jersey, and Indiana. The Deneckes are musical pilgrims, wandering life's lonesome highway. In April 2023, The Deneckes released their debut album, lady of the gardens. This album explores memory, nature, and theology in poetic and intimate ways through folksong. Join The Deneckes for their lady of the gardens Summer 2023 tour!

<p>Hannah &amp; Eli Denecke are musicians in the Trinity community who released their first album on April 15th, lady of the gardens. You are invited to join The Deneckes on Wednesday, May 3rd, at 6PM in the Nave for an intimate program featuring all of the folksongs from their new album. The Deneckes will perform each song, share about the stories behind them, the scriptural references they make, and the theological symbols in the lyrics. We hope you will join us for this special FREE event! Reception to follow.</p>
