Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.Designed for every BODY. The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.Ticket price includes the POUND® class, use of Ripstix® and one craft beer pour of your choice. Please bring a mat, water and your inner ROCKSTAR. Allow 10-15 mins prior to class time for check in and set up. We’ll see you there!
