Sadly, we are living in a time where more and more violence towards women are happening far too often. I want to empower and arm you with the knowledge, techniques and awareness to protect yourselves with my Women’s Self Defense Workshop.
I have been teaching self defense and martial arts for over 25+ years. I hold a 2nd degree Black Belt in TaeKwonDo. I will teach you basic hit and run techniques, escape techniques and awareness skills that will hopefully prevent you from being in a dangerous situation in the first place.
**This is a 1.5 hour intensive self defense introductory workshop and offered by invitation only to those who are members (and their families) of TACCNC and for the gift certificate winners at the TAJCCNC Gala (Valued at $65 per person).
The workshop is limited to 20 partipants. We keep the class small so we can give you our personal attention.
