Stretch it out in this hybrid Yin yoga class for gardeners

I﻿n this hybrid yoga class, Burnham's Field Community Gardener and yoga teacher Jasmine Epstein will lead the group through deep stretches and release for the neck, shoulders, and back. Jasmine teaches yoga at Cape Ann YMCA, Cape Ann Power Yoga, and YogaSakti in Salem. She is currently in the home stretch of her 500 hour yoga teaching certification. I﻿f you are joining in-person, the class will be held at Backyard Growers HQ @ 103R Maplewood Ave, Gloucester. If you are joining virtually, you can access the class on Zoom. T﻿ickets are FREE to Backyard Growers Program Participants (e.g. 2023 Community Garden, Backyard Garden, and GrowBag Garden Program) / $15 general admissionTHE FINE PRINT: B﻿ecause this event is hybrid, participants can join either in-person or online from home. Please note: we would like your ticket type to reflect whether you are participating in-person or virtually, just so we can stay organized. If you purchase a virtual ticket, you will receive an email with a link to access the event on Zoom.P﻿lease bring your own mat and any props you find helpful, e.g., straps, blocks, blankets.
