The Food Biotechnology Summer Camp is an exciting STEM program at Delaware State University. High School students will learn about topics including DNA extraction from cheek cells and onions; yeast and how it&#x27;s used to make ginger ale; the properties of food by making gummy bears and ice cream; and other experiments. For the safety of campers and staff, campers must show a negative test result for COVID-19 before reporting for the first day of camp. Fee: $80. CAMP SESSION II: July 24 - 28 Limited space!
