The Queer Revival is a concert and a drag show within the walls of the church; aimed to reclaim spaces stolen from the LGBTQ+ community.

TLDR: Let’s sing, dance, drink wine, be queer and DO DRAG in a CHURCH!The Queer Revival is the brainchild of queer artist i.V KiNG and was born in the idea of reclaiming spaces that were stolen from the LGBTQ+ community, the first being within the walls of the church. This event is how we fight back, how we will NOT be erased, and how we say we belong in all spaces!The Queer Revival is a night for community – live music by i.V KiNG, an affirming speaker &amp; performances by drag performers. There may be tears, there will be laughter, and there will definitely be dancing. It’s OUR version of church. Whether you are a member of the LGBTQ+ community, or an ally, The Queer Revival is for YOU!We acknowledge that simply stepping foot in a church can be incredibly triggering for many queer and trans folks. If that is you, we get it but please know we will do our absolute best to create a safe experience for everyone. Still not for you? No problem. By purchasing a ticket you affirm that you identify as either LGBTQ+ or as an Ally and understand that if your behaviors are interpreted as unsupportive you will immediately be asked to leave without a refund.
