SATX!! We're celebrating our one-year anniversary with a gift from us to YOU! Join the Evolve Human Optimization Labs team for a completely unique celebration! You're invited to start your day with a complimentary yoga session followed by a breath-work event led by the stellar Emma Estrela, International Level 3 Wim Hof Method Instructor. We will close out the morning with San Antonio's largest cold plunge event! 100 brave souls will come together to plunge in 4k pounds of ice. We will have food, music, and valued partners present for post-plunge festivities! SCHEDULE:<ul><li>9 AM: All-vinyl sets by local legend DJ Joaquin "Muerte" Abrego</li><li>9:30AM: Yoga </li><li>10AM: Breath-work instruction from Emma Estrela (International Level 3 Wim Hof Method Instructor)</li><li>11:30AM: Community Cold Plunge.
