Connect: This is more than a yoga workshop. It is a space intentionally created for all couples to slow down and connect to each other.March’s workshop was so nice, we are doing another in May!Through movement, breath work, music and meditation, this session will leave you feeling more in tune physically, mentally, and spiritually with your partner.Get ready to laugh and move as MeaLee facilitates this amazing experience.From 6:30-7pm we will prep for our class and focus together on our intentions , so please bring a journal/notepad and writing utensils for each of you. From about 7-8pm MeaLee will lead us through our couples flow and workshop.Instructor: MeaLee ThomasInvestment: $45 per coupleSign up to secure your spot as space is limited with intentionPlease have ticket ready.
