Where is the venue for the event?

Please go to the 4/F Roof Garden of PMQ where there is a passage way between Blocks A & B, also known as the "Plateau".

What if it rains?

In case of poor weather, we will arrange a back-up location indoors. The default back-up location is Unit S414 of Block A. If the unit could not fit all participants, we may use the Courtyard on ground level. Let's just go with the flow!

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

This is a class with movement, so please wear clothing that allow you to stretch in all directions. #0 TAGZERO activewear located at Unit H306 of Block B is a great option!

Also, in this new age of heightened hygiene, kindly bring your own yoga mat.
