Dr. Lindsay is a wellness chiropractor who wants to educate and inspire you to create your idea of a balanced, healthy lifestyle.In addition to being in the health industry, Dr. Lindsay has a passion of helping female entrepeneurs and a knack for hosting parties. Combining these two passions, she hosts a multitude of events in order to draw attention to female business owners and offer support to community members.

A little bit about Katrina:
Katrina Brink is a passionate chef instructor, avid gardener and food waste reduction advocate! She's the founder of <A HREF="http://www.empoweredkitchen.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Empowered Kitchen</A>, where she shares her love of cooking, sustainable food systems and environmental protection through meal prep cooking classes online and in Denver. Katrina received her MS in Agriculture, Food and Environment from Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition, where she discovered her mission to reduce food waste. Now she does that through cooking classes to empower you to cook fantastic meals, and most importantly share love and connection in the kitchen and around the table.
