中国高等院校校友会联合会 UCAA (UCAANC.org)
The United Chinese Alumni Associations (“UCAA”), a corporation not for profit, is organized and existing under the laws of California.
ARTICLE II. MISSION AND PURPOSES
The general nature and object of the UCAA shall be to promote the communications and coordination among all member alumni associations. In the context of these general purposes, the UCAA shall:
<UL>
<LI>
Unite alumni of all schools, colleges and universities to serve and promote the common interests and welfare of all alumni;
</LI>
<LI>
Foster the active interest, support and involvement of alumni in all associations;
</LI>
<LI>
Encourage public acceptance of all member associations;
</LI>
<LI>
Organize all types of social, academic, cultural exchange, and service activities; and
</LI>
<LI>
Support all member associations.
</LI>

海外华人高新技术协会 (OCAHT.org)
海外华人高新技术协会是一个非政治性、非营利性机构. 同时它又是一个高层次华人高新科技的专业团体。该协会由北美，欧洲和 日本的华人高科技工程师, 学者, 教授, 科学家与高级管理人员组成。协会总部设在美国加州硅谷。宗旨是促进和推动中国与世界发达国家之间的高新科技、教育、文化和商贸等方面广泛的民间交流和合作；促进海外华人高科技人材之间的信息交流与合作，探索高新技术产业发展,并以团体的形式为会员提供和创造发展机会；帮助会员创业和开发高新科技产品，帮助高科技专业人才成为管理人才; 以团队优势寻求共同发展；增进海外华人高科技工作者之间的友谊和团结，诉求维护保障会员的合法权益。
