Outgrowing Hunger is the contractor for the City of Gresham’s Community Gardens program. <a href="https://emswcd.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District (EMSWCD) </a>is a unit of local government serving Northwest Oregon’s Multnomah County east of the Willamette River. Their work is geared toward keeping water clean, conserving water, and keeping soil healthy.<a href="https://greshamoregon.gov/gardens/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Gresham Community Gardens Program</a> is offered to the public through the <a href="https://greshamoregon.gov/gresham-parks-and-recreation/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">City of Gresham Parks and Recreation Department</a>. <a href="https://www.thekindnessmodel.org/about/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kindness Farm</a> aims to care for people &amp; Earth by regeneratively &amp; sustainably growing nutrient-full vegetables &amp; fruits; cultivating community education of balanced farming practices; &amp; providing freshly harvested nutriments to houseless and low-income neighbors in need.
