Pathways Academy

An interactive and advanced workshop to identify current issues and solutions within foreclosure intervention counseling.

The number of foreclosure intervention clients is rising. The situations are varied and some have never been encountered before. The servicing industry has changed and there is little standardization in terms of forms, procedures and policies.Foreclosure counselors working to serve their clients are frequently finding themselves sorting through situations and servicer responses that make no sense. This highly interactive workshop is designed to bring foreclosure counselors together to identify common issues and well as potential solutions. This is an advanced skill workshop and will not include any teaching of foreclosure counseling fundamentals.This workshop may qualify for professional continuing ed credits. Information will be provided about the course that can be submitted to certifying organizations and a certificate of completion will be issued.Instructor Autumn Lubin, has been creating curriculum and delivering training for foreclosure intervention counselors for more than 25 years.
