Artists use thread, fabric, beads, wire, and other materials to create incredible works of art. We will cover Judy Chicago, Faith Ringgold, Bisa Butler, Jeffrey Gibson, Liza Lou, Nick Cave and more. You will also be introduced to some lesser-known fine artists who are using fiber art to express themselves. Learn about all these artists, their work and each individual’s approach to the creative process.
