Do I need yoga experience?

No! Class is beginner friendly. You do not need to be flexible or have done yoga before. I make a point to explain each pose thoroughly and offer variations of poses so that you can find the shapes that work best for you and your body.

Question 2

I have an injury or disability. Can I participate?

Accepted Answer

Please consult with your doctor! Yoga teachers are not medical professionals or physical therapists - we can do our best to support you and guide you to work around your condition, but it is up to you and your doctor to determine your limits and safety.

Question 3

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Most important things are your yoga mat and a water bottle. The brewery does not serve food, so it wouldn't hurt to bring a snack or sandwich with you to have with your beer since you might work up an appetite from the class!

I have a few extra yoga mats that I bring along with me, if needed!
