We will provide an overview of the four dimensions of the Maxwell DISC assessment and explain how each dimension relates to the different behaviors and communications styles.With this knowledge, we will guide parents on how to interpret their child’s profile to motivate and connect with their child. Understanding their natural traits, parents can provide their child with opportunities to take the lead and build their confidence.Throughout the workshop, we will provide practical tips and insights that you can apply immediately in your daily interactions with your child.
