Through our presentations, networking events, and social gatherings, GABC provides opportunities for the exchange of ideas, and for contact between its members. The mission of theGABC Young Professionals Group(GABC YP)is toconnect and empower young professionals through social and business networking opportunities in the German-American community of Boston and beyond. Join the first  Stammtisch Metro West Edition at Jack's Abby Brew Hall in Framingham on May 4th

<h3>The May GABC Stammtisch meets in Framingham!</h3>T﻿his is the first Stammtisch hosted by the GABC YPs that will take place in Metro West! We know it&#x27;s not easy for everyone to come into Boston or Cambridge, so we are coming out! W﻿e have picked Jack&#x27;s Abby in Framingham as our location -- which prides itself in &quot;brewing craft lagers with traditional German standards and American innovation&quot;! Their food menu also features some German themed items (read &quot;Schnitzel&quot;). A﻿ couple of notes regarding this Stammtisch: <ul><li>t﻿he RSVP will help us know how many people to expect</li><li>we will not make any reservations, it&#x27;s first come first serve, but we think there will be room for at least 15 to 20 people on a Thursday night</li><li>e﻿ach guest will be responsible for their own tab</li></ul>The GABC Stammtisch is all about networking, relaxing and talking about what is on everyone&#x27;s mind around work, business and travel, local news and information.

<h3>Who is the Stammtisch for?</h3>The Stammtisch is conceived and hosted by the GABC Young Professionals. It is open to everyone: <ul><li>GABC members and non-members</li><li>Young Professionals </li><li>Newcomers to New England or to the GABC </li><li>and those who share a common interest in Germany!</li></ul>This Stammtisch meets as long as the conversation flows. Depending on who is attending, we may also speak German; if you enjoy speaking, practicing or listening to German, this is a great venue for you to join.

<h3>About the GABC Stammtisch</h3>This informal get-together organized by the <a href="https://gabc-boston.org/yp/yp-steering-committee" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">GABC Young Professionals</a> group aims to connect professionals new to the Boston/Cambridge area with the local GABC network. We typically try to meet on the first or second Tuesday of the month, but sometimes our schedules are off, and it's a different week or day!We announce the format and location via the GABC Web site and mailing list.
