Join us on the night of the new moon for a 75-minute sound bath ceremony with ambient musician and sound healer Jesse Cale

Here you will find a variety of Sound & Meditation events held in the Midwest. Based out of Columbus, Ohio, we serve locally and within the communities of surrounding cities by providing healing and relaxing environments through sound & meditation.

<h2>When</h2><p>April 19th | Arrive anytime between 7 &amp; 7:50 | Sound bath will begin promptly at 8 pm and entry will no longer be permitted as to not disrupt the ceremony.</p><p></p><h2>Where</h2><p>The Municipal Light Plant (the building with the giant yellow Columbus Crew smokestack)</p><p>589 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215</p><p>Parking can be found in the LAZ parking lot next to the Powerplant building (shared building left of the MLP)</p><p>There is also street parking.</p><p>Enter the MLP from the far side entrance just past the main doors.</p><p></p><h2>What to bring</h2><p>Bring what you would like to lay on during the ceremony. i.e. yoga mat, pillow, padding, blanket, etc. </p><p>A blanket is encouraged because of the variability of the temperature in the room. Everyone has different preferences and we want you to be comfortable.</p><p>Bring a journal and pen so you can use the journal prompts provided at the door, reflect on anything that is brought up during the ceremony, or to write down any messages that come through for you.</p><p>We will have a space where you can place objects you would like to be charged with the energy of the night. (please nothing large, small items preferred like crystals, jewelry, bones, etc.) </p>
*If you forget an object at the charging station - we have a lost and found. Please email hOmsoundbaths@gmail.com if you need to recover lost property from one of our events.<p>There are a series of stations set up around h0m to accompany you during your experience. These stations include prayer candles/lamps, oracle decks to choose from, individual tarot cards, a burn box (Full Moon only), and more being added regularly. These stations may not suit everyone's intentions or practice, so please don't feel pressured or obligated to participate in using them. </p><p></p><h2>Artist &amp; Writers Area</h2><p>We have a comfortable section where artists and writers can sit and create during the sound bath. You are encouraged to bring your own art supplies, but there are a variety of art supplies provided if not including coloring books and colored pencils.</p><p>This section is limited and requires the purchase of an artist and writers ticket.</p><p></p><h2>Pricing</h2><p>If you cannot afford the cost of the sound bath, please contact instagram hOm Sound &amp; Meditation (@hOmSoundBaths) for a discount code.</p><p>If you hold a healing practice in Columbus, we would like to invite you to attend your first hOm New Moon sound bath free of charge. please contact via instagram hOm Sound &amp; Meditation (@hOmSoundBaths) for a code to use at checkout. *If you have questions of what is considered a healing practice - please message us!<p></p><h2>Sensory information</h2><p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/CiLAXAZAC9E/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">What is a sound bath?</a> </p><p>Information for those sensitive or potentially allergic to sensory tools involved in the ceremony:</p><p>The ceremony will involve the mild burning of herbal bundles and incense. </p><p>A variety of colors will be used for the lighting as well as projectors (Full Moon ceremonies only). We have eye masks available to help block out any additional or distracting lighting during the ceremony.</p><p>This being a sound bath - there will be a wide range of aural stimuli from singing bowls and piano to organic and synthetic ambient textures. Please let us know if at any point it is too loud by raising your hand during the ceremony.</p><p>If any of this information changes, it will be mentioned at the start of the sound bath.</p><p></p><h2>Safety</h2><p>Occasionally Sound Baths can bring up some deep feelings or thoughts that can be a lot to process in the moment. We have an on hand licensed therapist in case a feeling or thought needs some extra space to care for it.</p>
