Are you eager to learn not only how a cheese is made, but how its flavor can be heightened by the perfect cider?Join us at Rose Hill Farm&#x27;s gorgeous taproom for this special guided tasting, in collaboration with Rose Hill and Essex St. Cheese.A longtime cheese educator, Essex St. Cheese’s Rachel Juhl is a hilarious and engaging host. Her close relationships with Essex’s artisan cheesemakers will make for an evening of great storytelling.We’ll be hosted by Matt Sanford, lead cidermaker at Rose Hill Farm. Matt’s firsthand knowledge of Rose Hill’s award-winning ciders will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the orchard’s low-intervention, traditional cidermaking process.Matt and Rachel will guide you through 5 pairings, as selected by the Talbott &amp; Arding cheese team. You’ll learn how to build the perfect bite and, if we’re lucky, we’ll reach the illusive next level of pairings. Want to learn what that means? Join us on 4/7!
