Is this open to the public or exclusive for members?

All events are open to the public. If you are not a member of the Houston Area Urban League Young Professionals, we highly recommend you check out our events calendar at haulyp.org/events to get connected to the culture of the organization and mission to advance economic empowerment in the community

Do I have to purchase the packages listed or can I create my own?

The ticket packages described are just examples. You can customize your experience by selecting the events that suit your preference.

Can I buy multiple tickets to an event?

Accepted Answer

You cannot buy multiple tickets to an event. Each person attending must buy their own ticket.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

It would be in your best interest to purchase tickets with your desired experience in mind. If VIP and/or TRANSIT tickets are not SOLD OUT by the week before conference and you’re interested in upgrading, you can email conference@haulyp.org.If tickets are available, we will reach out with next steps

I heard about a promo code. How long does it last?

The HAULYP promo code ends on May 31st or while supplies lasts — whichever comes first.

Can I buy a ticket on-site?

Unfortunately, due to high demand, we will not be able to offer the purchase of event tickets at our host venues. Thank you for understanding.

If I purchase a ticket and can’t attend, can I get a refund?

If you cannot attend, we greatly appreciate your donation. No refunds.

Where is shuttle pick up and drop off?

Accepted Answer

These events were planned around the official schedule for the National Urban League Conference hosted at the George R. Brown Convention Center. The conference host hotel will serve as the pick up/drop off location for the Tuesday and Saturday night events.

No need to print your ticket. We will scan your digital ticket at check-in for each event.
