Savor the Goods with Tanner Burnam

Join Panhandle PBS and West Texas Chefs Table for the final dinner of the 2019 season of Savor the Goods: Local Cuisine, Ethnic Flair.
Chef Tanner Burnam of Northwest Texas Healthcare System/Sodexo will be featured. He will craft a menu inspired by French cuisine:

<LI>Course 1: Bacon and brie macaroon with cured egg</LI>
<LI>Course 2: French onion soup</LI>
<LI>Course 3: Braised beef short ribs with red wine demi-glace, white bean cassoulet and roasted root vegetables</LI>
<LI>Course 4: Tart bourdaloue (pear tart)</LI>
</UL>
Tickets are $75.
Call 806-371-5479 to reserve a table of 8 for $500 (a savings of $100!), or to subscribe to the whole series of four dinners.
