Virginia Holocaust Museum

Initiatives of Change USA is partnering with the Baptist Ministers Conference of Richmond and Vicinity, The Jewish Federation of Richmond and the Virginia Holocaust Museum on Sunday, May 7th, 2023, 1:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. for Elegba Folklore Society&#x27;s presentation of In The Beginning...Virginia, Along the Trail of Enslaved Africans. This cultural history tour informs while paying homage. This is a predominantly walking tour so please ensure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The experience will end with a chance for participants to meet each other and share refreshments at the Virginia Holocaust Museum. Buses will leave for the tour from the VA Holocaust Museum promptly at 1pm. Free Parking is available for guests on the Lower Level of the Virginia Holocaust Museum parking at 2000 Dock St, Richmond, VA 23223, and the upper level of the Hirschler Fleischer Law Firm, one block away at 2100 E Cary St Richmond, VA 23223.The program is FREE. However, registration is required.
