FREE Nutrition & Cooking Classes

Our classes are FREE and open to the community. Classes include printed recipes, cooking demonstrations, food samples and life changing nutrition information! Learn from one of our Cornell Certified Nutritionists about disease prevention and reversal.

<p>Taught by Registered Dietician Rebecca Quiggle. Rebecca offers personal and family consulting in nutrition and health, and pantry makeovers with education.  Her clinical experience includes working in-patient hospital and out-patient nutrition clinics, pregnancy classes, sports nutrition, cardiac rehabilitation and she started the diabetes education program providing personal and group nutrition education classes as a CDE (certified diabetes educator). </p>
