Lecture outline: Implant-supported overdentues are a valuable service for the edentulous patients, but challenges and complications can arise during the process of care and during the long maintenance period. This lecture will troubleshoot the complications that can arise and will articulate their prevention and management.
Speaker bio: David Chvartszaid is both a Prosthodontist and a Periodontist. He is on staff at Mount Sinai Hospital, the director of the Graduate Prosthodontics Program at the University of Toronto, and the dentist-in-chief at Baycrest Hospital.
