Alona is a well-being educator, certified multi-yoga modality teacher, meditation teacher, and well-being coach. Alona is devoted to her spiritual practices that restore the mind and body to their natural state of vibrant health. She fuses her Sivananda, Kundalini, Integral Yoga and Spiritual Psychology training in her classes, workshops, and retreats. In her past life, she ran a successful practice as an Aesthetic Dentist in DC. About Namaste at The BayWeekly, on Thursday evenings, join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis for an hour of stretching and breath work at sunset. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a new instructor each week.
