D﻿o you remember a world without hazy IPAs and pastry stouts? Back in 2013, <a href="https://www.joshuambernstein.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Joshua M. Bernstein </a>wrote a little book called The Complete Beer Course. It became a best-selling success, surprising his parents. But 10 years later, the world of craft brewing has completely changed. To create a compass for the next decade, Bernstein totally revised and overhauled the book. And that deserves a beer. Or maybe three? Tonight we&#x27;re taking over the production space at <a href="https://kcbcbeer.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kings County Brewers Collective</a> in Bushwick, Brooklyn, and partying amid the towering fermentation tanks. There are two ticket levels: 1) The Book Package ($45): Attendees will receive an autographed copy of the Complete Beer Course (a $35 value), a custom-designed sticker pack (a $10 value), plus two pints of beer, and a special-edition can of beer. We&#x27;ll have a limited number of drinks tickets. Attendees will receive two pints, a special-edition can of beer, and a custom-designed sticker pack. We&#x27;ll have a pilsner, IPA, and fruited sour ale on tap for the event. We will also pop special bottles in back because, well, rare beer is better with friends. KCBC will also have its full bar open for additional pours, and we&#x27;ll have special deals for additional beers.
