About this event

ArcGIS Online is a cloud-based mapping platform that enables users within an organization to access, create and share maps, analyze and visualize data, build web applications, and more. This workshop is targeted at new users with little to no GIS experience. We will begin with the basics of making a web map, explore the main components of the user interface and their interactions. By the end of the workshop, you will have the ability to create and publish a simple web map. This workshop is intended for Northwestern University students, staff, and faculty.

Prerequisites: You will need to create an ArcGIS Online account using your NetID and password here.
