The Village Links of Glen Ellyn Teams Up with the Glen Ellyn Public Library for “Putt Putt FORE Fun” During the Month of May

The Village Links of Glen Ellyn is a Village owned, public golf course in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. They offer 27 holes of golf, extensive practice facilities, and year round dining at Reserve 22. Their top-rated, 7,200 yard championship 18-hole course is one of the elite layouts in the Midwest, having hosted 46 USGA and PGA Tour Qualifying events. The regulation length 9-hole course is ideal for the serious golfer as well as casual play. The Village Links is dedicated to the development of youth golf and currently boasts one of the top Youth Golf Programs in the Nation. Fore! Join fellow library patrons young and old alike for a round of putt putt at the Glen Ellyn Public Library when stacks transform into links during the month of May. Village Links’ Putt Putt FORE Fun at the Glen Ellyn Public Library will consist of a total of three miniature putt putt holes strategically placed throughout the library and youth department. Each hole will feature books and other fun obstacles. It is free to participate, and youth ages 8-16 can even register to win a free Half Day Golf Lesson at Village Links of Glen Ellyn or a free bucket of range balls. This event will kick off the Glen Ellyn Public Library’s Game On: Summer Challenge as well as the Junior Summer Lesson Program at the Village Links Golf Course. In between swings, visitors can check out their favorite books and sign up to participate in the Game On: Summer Challenge.
