Let go of stress and anxiety as you relax and recharge your mind, body, and spirit. All proceeds with benefit local nonprofit Survivors RISE, a community of healing for survivors of sexual violence. Please be sure to bring your own mat, blanket, and a pillow or anything else that will make you comfortable! Other than that, all you need to do is lay back, relax, and experience healing sounds and vibrations.
