Join us for Colorado&#x27;s first Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Leadership Academy, hosted by By Design Educational Consultants. Being a leader at a Dual Language Immersion School is both a rewarding and heavy lift; we know this from experience! You have all the challenges of a leader in a traditional school, but then add multiple curriculums, professional development for immersion, navigating cultural differences and engagement, target language assessments, and the list goes on. More importantly, however, you are leading in and part of an incredibly powerful educational movement. DLI is taking off across the country and for good reason - it provides students with global intelligence, critical thinking and problem solving skills, target language proficiency, and more. The Leadership Academy is intentionally designed to address your concerns, connect you with other DLI leaders, and celebrate the incredibly important work you are doing. The Academy themes and agenda have been created by a deeply experienced team of veteran dual language leaders who, between the three of them, have 65 years in education.
