Latinx with Plants

***Beginning April 2023, our Wellness Wednesday evenings of mindfulness and self-care will take place on third Wednesdays of the month at Latinx with Plants in Boyle Heights.***On Wednesday, April 19, from 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m., we welcome Healer, Neil Belen who’ll lead a Sound Bath at Latinx with Plants, located at 2208 Cesar Chavez Ave. in Boyle Heights. A Sound Bath is an auditory meditation using crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments to guide you into a meditative state. You&#x27;ll leave feeling peaceful and rested! Tip: Bring your own mat to sit or lay on our floor for the duration of the experience or borrow one of our mats (while supplies last). If you cannot get on the mat, join us as you are (pull up a nearby chair)! This workshop is recommended for ages 15+ and no prior experience is necessary. Space is limited, registration is required.
