Booking will open on Tuesday 28th March 2023 at 20:00 for parents to book one club place per child. Booking will then reopen on Wednesday 29th March 2023 at 20:00 for all remaining places with no limits per child.
Any pupils booked on to more than one club after the first opening will have all their bookings cancelled.

Programmable Robotics - KS2 will run for 8 weeks, from Thursday 4th May 2023.

Itty Bitty Buggy Itty Bitty Buggy is a small, hexagonal robot that can be programmed and controlled using the Itty Bitty app. The robot can be built in five distinct ways and then totally adapted using lego. The robot is equipped with a range of sensors and actuators, including a distance sensor, light sensor and a sound sensor, which allow it to interact with its environment. It also has a built-in speaker and LED lights, which can be programmed to create different sounds and light patterns. Our Itty Bitty course requires students to think logically and creatively. As students experiment with different programming blocks, they learn how to break down complex problems into smaller, more manageable steps.

Club cost: £125.00

Once all places have been reserved we will operate a wait list. Should any extra places become available they will be offered based on the wait list.

Refunds due to missed sessions
Suppliers and providers are booked and paid in advance of clubs commencing. Therefore we cannot offer refunds for sessions that clash with school trips, fixtures, summer residentials or other school events. We are also unable to offer refunds for sessions missed due to pupil illness or other absence.

Payment Methods
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Child Care Vouchers.

Child Care Vouchers (CCV)
You can pay for any after school clubs with a CCV. To use a CCV select 'Pay by Invoice' during the checkout process. This will bypass the card payment. You will then need to instruct your CCV provider to pay the school with the name of the club you have booked as a reference.

Important Note: 'Pay by invoice' option is only available for parents who wish to pay by child care voucher. All other payments must be made using a credit or debit card. Any bookings made using 'pay by invoice' that are not settled with a child care voucher will be cancelled and the place will be allocated to the next child on the list.

Disclaimer
All places applied for are for 1 child per application. If you have siblings that wish to attend the same club you must apply twice. The school reserves the right to reallocate any places where payment has not been received by Thursday 4th May 2023.

Please be aware that it is no longer possible to change clubs or days after the club has commenced. Should your child drop out of a club at any time during the term, refunds will not be offered.
